Hello and welcome to my Blog.
My name is Baxter Wilcox and I live in Santa Barbara, CA with my wonderful owner, Alisa. She adopted me from DAWG (Dog Adoption and Welfare Group)in Goleta, CA on 1/16/2011 and I have been cozy and warm ever since. DAWG said that one of my parents is an Australian Shepard, but we aren't sure about the other one. My humans think I may also be part Golden Retriever or Lab, but I just think I'm cute. I'm pretty much a genius and control the household. I'm well-behaved and use my stunning good looks to get Alisa to take me to the park or the beach whenever I want. Sometimes, I jump in her car when she's not looking so I can go for a ride. She clearly doesn't mind all the white fur I leave in the car and on her clothes. In fact, I think she likes it when I leave white fur on her black pants in the morning. I'm very rarely in trouble and that may be because Alisa really can't resist the big, brown eyes and the big, floppy ears. Who can blame her?
Thank you for visiting my Blog. I have lots of pictures, videos and funny stories to post. There was one time when I did my business in her best friend's luggage (hello?? how long are you staying in my house??) and there was also the time Alisa found all my allergy medicine in a pile under my bed. I keep her on her toes. Told you...I'm a genius. Everyone knows that dogs are much smarter than humans anyway.
Yes, Australian Shepards are highly intelligent and can use laptops and write blogs.
